3 times per day, if a creature would use a spell or spell-like ability against Spell Breaker’s wielder, the wielder is allowed a Reflex Save (DC equal to Spell’s Will DC). If the save is successful, the wielder may swat the spell back at the caster. On a roll of natural 20, a creature struck by Spell Breaker can not cast spells for 1d6 rounds.

Created Specifically to tackle mages, the Spell breaker is capable of both defending against and neutralizing enemy spell casters.
